I began working as a personal trainer and fitness coach in 2011 after graduating with my degree that focused on kinesiology and human movement science.  Over the past 13+ years I have worked with clients of all ages and abilities.  I started focusing on women's fitness specifically after realizing there is a major gap in my niche. My goal is to educate women about how to safely transition their fitness lifestyle throughout all stages of their life. This includes prenatal fitness, postpartum fitness, injury recovery, lifestyle changes, and all of the mental health challenges that can take place throughout.


If you are an athlete, looking to reach your fitness potential, or are brand new to a health and fitness lifestyle, I will create a program that helps you reach your goals!

It is my mission to make fitness an attainable lifestyle for everyone I work with by breaking down outdated ideas of what Women's Fitness looks like.  My passions are Prenatal and Postnatal Training, Strength Training, Mobility, and Trauma Informed Fitness.
