You must have completed the Fundamentals classes in order to attend. All weights, movements and times are varied for each individuals fitness level and physical ability. In these hour long classes, athletes will be taken through a warm-up, skill and workout of the day (WOD).

After Class

After class, we encourage all of our members to spend a little time stretching and “rolling-out” muscles on our foam rollers and lacrosse balls, as well as to recording their WOD results on our tracking software, WodTogether
