Do you or a friend have a child that is between the ages of 9-17 and are looking for a summer fitness program? Iron House CrossFit will be hosting a 6 week (12 session) Summer Fit Camp, that will focus on cardiovascular endurance, stamina, speed, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. This program is ideal for any student that is looking to improve their overall health and/or athletic ability. Classes will be led, by Head Coach, Corey Waltz, who is a former collegiate athlete, coach, personal trainer and is currently a physical education teacher. Contact Iron House for more information.
